Choosing your Photography photography Payment Plan

The gap between events can be chosen to match your pace of learning and availability. Alan will assist you by designing a range of theory, practical, location and classroom based events.

You may want to do a mixture of theory and practical lessons so may consider something like this;

• Beginners Lightroom Course £250

• 3 x Masterclasses - £150

• 2 x 2.5hr Workshop - £75

• 1 x 2-Day Residential Workshop - £475

• Total Cost before discount - £950.

  • Therefore you could opt for a monthly payment of £80 x12 and get 10% Discount

  • Or a quarterly payment of £237.50 x 4 and get 15% Discount

• You won’t be committed to those events until you book them online so use the event types/costs as a guide to get an idea of your payment plan

How it Works

1. You do not have to commit or decide all the events/courses etc you will do over the next 12 months. Just use the prices and table below to get an approximate idea of overall cost you want to commit to. The payments can be topped up but not reduced or cancelled once the plan starts

2. Decide on a monthly, quarterly or annual subscription - all interest free. Choose your amount and frequency from the dropdown booking and subscribe. This will create a payment profile for you and payments will be taken automatically when due. Alternatively you can pay by bank transfer.

3. It’s advisable to create a profile/account on my site when checking out so you can see all your order history and payment profile.

4. Once the first payment arrives Alan will provide you a plan statement/template so you can see your projected spend and available balance when events are booked.

5. Alan will send you discount code to use when booking your events online. You should continue to book events in the normal way but the discount code will zero the cost so no payment will be taken when booking.

6. Each time you book an event, Alan will confirm the booking and update your Pick n Mix statement to show the discounted price for the event and the revised remaining balance for further bookings.

A photography Payment Plan must reach minimum value levels to qualify for quarterly or annual payments and discounts.

1. Once you commit to a 12 month plan the full plan amount is payable as per schedule and not refundable

2. If you chose to not attend any event or do not use any of the products or services on your plan you will forfeit them

3. Alan Ranger may at his discretion (in exceptional circumstances) allow a roll-over of unused events to the following year for a limited period. 3 Months

4. You can add items to your plan during the 12 month contract and a new pro-rata payment plan will be sent to you

5. You may swap plan components during the year but cannot reduce the overall plan value

6. If you terminate the plan part way through the full outstanding unpaid balance of the plan becomes due immediately

7. Alan Ranger Photography guarantees that events will be scheduled in accordance with demand and across a range of dates that give every plan member a range of options and opportunities to take events on their plan.

8. In the event that Alan Ranger Photography can not provide events or ceases to trade he guarantees (without prejudice) to refund any remaining unused balances outstanding.
